Elizabeth Olsen may play a superhero on the big screen, but in real life, she's got a different label: maid of honor!

The Avengers Endgame star, 30, was by her BFF Jade Gordon's side as she recently tied the knot with husband Patrick Rodgers.

“My best friend's wedding,” the actress captioned a snap on Instagram of the newlyweds making their way down the aisle.

Olsen, who is the younger sister of twins Mary-Kate and Ashley, also shared a snap of the bride with her bridal party, all of whom wore dark red, floor-length dresses with varying necklines-a far cry from the black and floral styles Olsen's siblings donned for a pal's nuptials back in July 2017.

Theactress, for her part, was spotted in a crimson boat neck gown with long sleeves and darker-than-usual locks.

She seemed to have a great time at the shindig, posing for photos and shimmying alongside pal Juilliana Guill (who also served as a MOH).

“Lizzie and I did in fact make it down these stairs though she managed it far better,” the star, 31, captioned a since-deleted photo of the pair carefully making their way up some cobblestone steps. Later in the evening, the actresses appeared to shimmy the night away.

Olsen appeared to take her MOH duties quite seriously, though, toasting the couple at a celebration at the Soho Beach House in Miami ahead of their wedding. “Loved every second and every person,” the bride wrote of a gallery of snaps that showed the actress holding a piece of paper and speaking into a microphone as the couple looked on.

Olsen certainly isn't the first celebrity to pull 'maid duty, however: far from. Everyone from Taylor Swift to Rihanna to Selena Gomez has stood up fora friend on their big days.

And why not? After all, at the end of the day, celebrities are human beings just like the rest of us… with slightly more fabulous bridalwear! Wink, wink
